Failure: An Important Part of Success

Failure is something that is an inevitable part of being human and can be frightening to face. We have a panel of very public community leaders coming to discuss their own personal (an often highly visible) failures, what they learned from making mistakes, and how they support their teams through their experiences with failure. It's intended to offer us ways to think differently and bravely about failure, ownership, problem solving, supporting others, and even finding some humor in the process.
